Some potential oddities have cropped up in the logs of Florida voting machines from the 2004 election. I don't know how much this will end up meaning, but it IS interesting.

The revamp announced Friday prompted mixed responses from analysts, who indicated the plan might be successful but, at that time, they doubted Edmondon's ability to pull it off after it became clear he had lied about his education.

Now look, when I was offered a mid-range IT job, I had to prove my educational credentials by having the University that awarded my degree send the HR department a letter of certification. However, you can become CEO of Radio Shack without having any questions asked?
